This unit enables you to write and read (a) component(s) to/from a file. Supported file formats:

- Windows resource (.RES) file
- Some kind of DFM file (object binary)
- DFM styled text file.

Just select some components you want to store and everthing is going automaticly. It is a good replacement for ini-files or databases (to store settings of a program).

- Exe demo included
- Full source included
- Full demo source included
- Strongly documented
- Not compatible with Delphi 4 and lower
- You will need the Delphi file TypInfo.dcu (normally ships with Delphi?)
- I do not know if it is compatible with kylix
