FinderTool component does it easy for users to select windows. It works
exactly as FinderTool in RtvReco, Killad...
It will add a rectangle effect to the current selected window. You could
then get Window-information like WindowText and Mouseposition.
The component is fully customizeable, you can change dragcursor,
Starticon, BackColor and transparency of Starticon.
If you want you can make FinderTool select parentwindows only.
FinderTool can also monitor active window changes. If you activate a
new window you will recieve it's Window and Text.
