This function allows to split one (big) file into multiple smaller files (usually
of the same size), e.g. for the transport over the Internet or with diskettes.

On the destination computer, the files can be combined either with Japos Utility (Japos Merge Files), or e.g. with the DOS command copy.
By means of this source code you can learn how program in Delphi with use WinApi. You learn e.g. how animated icon, change color background and text in edit box, created dialog box, created new colored font, created colored table etc.

The own source code will enable to understand even more programming technigues.

The source code is written intelligibly and annotated in detail.
