This is an update to the old mGetNewVer component originally written by Mats Asplund of MASoft, http://hem.passagen.se/matasp.

Added were several events and properties and direct (update) file download from an Internet URL.

Added Properties

Cursor
DownloadFile
FailureDialogs (updated due to multiple failure dialogs)

Added Events

OnDownloadComplete
OnDownloadFIleFailure
OnErrorCheckingUpdate
OnProgress (This is a great place to add a Progress Bar).
OnUpdateAvailable

Also, the component deletes the ini type update file which is copied from the Internet URL to the users hard drive.
