You can drop this Delphi component on your form, add a few lines of code and your application is able to communicate with a Twain device, like: a scanner or a digital camera. You can select a default source, if you have more Twain devices installed on and attached to your computer. At this moment, only the so called: "native transfers" in bitmap format are supported. Multiple transfers, file and memory transfers are not yet supported. This component is tested on the following platforms: W95, WinNT4, Win2000, WinXP and in combination with several devices with
a Twain interface. The package also contains a small demo program and an explanation about how the component works.
