MPEG Audio Tools is Delphi library which allows reading/writing lots of data about MPEG compressed files (including TAG, XING VBR). It also supports several common play list file formats. Speial binary database is also available for cataloging purposes. Most powerfull characteristc is macro language which can radically simplify application development.
