Delphi Headers for Windows 2000
Headers cover parts that all are avalible in Windows 2000, But some also avalible in Win98, But at the time no Feature listing made aka Where there will be listed where what works, You can however read that in the Platform SDK Helpfiles.
So for now only use the headers when you want to write apps for Windows 2000 only.
