Four components, descendants of standard
TButton, TBitBtn, TSpeedButton and TLabel,
with two additional events:
OnMouseEnter and OnMouseLeave.
You can use them to change appearance of the
controls, or take some other action, when the
mouse pointer is moved into or out of the control.
