It's a plugin to develope a WebServer application using Nuca Plugin and IdRunner. See screenshot.

NMS - Nuca Manager Service The complete application to demonstrate how to load Nuca Plugin resources.

For example create one plugin to FTPServer, EmailServer,ChatServer and only 'add' It to NMS directory.
Download "NMS full compiled" and see now a WebServer.
