Splish-Splash! is a utility for generating irregular polygons for use in splash screens. It traces the area of a bitmap surrounded by a solid background color (taken to be the color of the lower-left pixel) and outputs the Delphi code for creating the matching region.
To use, simply select the bitmap file, then copy and paste the resulting code into your splash form's FormShow event.
Example Delphi v4 source files are included.
