HarmFade is an animation effect. It will transition from one TPicture to another, using "Dissolve" or "Blend". Mostly it's useless, just for Splash screens and such, but looks cool. It uses ScanLine for fast pixel access. It is designed for 16 or 24-bit color. It can now be used as a 'Glowing' button. Version 2.3 adds OnMouseEnter, OnMouseLeave, and OnClick, as well as UnBlend and UnDissolve. (Harmfade.Zip)
