Windows NT device driver for accessing I/O ports
TinyPort is a Windows NT device driver that allows basic I/O over ports, comparable to the Port array in Borland Pascal. It permits what Windows NT normally prohibits: to directly read or write hardware ports from application programs.
In contrast to some other solutions, TinyPort doesn't compromise the safety and stability of Windows NT: It's a device driver following all the rules that Microsoft has set up, including error handling, negotiating for resources etc.
Interfaces easily to Pascal, C or any other language that allows linking to DLL's.
