Is any tool for creating help system exist in Delphi5?

I know that there was a tool in Delphi4

MS Help Work Shop (if I am correct, i am not sure about the name of this software), but in Delphi 5 I do not see any tool for creating Help system for the application. Is any tool exist in Delphi5?

Hi,
The MS Help Workshop is shipped with my enterprise edition of Delphi5. Make sure you have chosen the full install during installation time.
