Documents and Samples For Delphi .Net

im quite beginner for .Net Delphi.First of all i installed the Turbo Delphi for .net but everthing seems so strange to me...
im looking for information,documents for the new ide and all kind of .net samples ?????
i google it from groups and i got many usefull sites but not exactly for the beginners ???
