How to enable or disable Administrator in Windows7

I'm tried to tweak the windows seven on how to enable and disable Windows 7 Administrator using Delphi in hidden program?

Can Delphi7 work on Windows 7?

Anybody can help me!!!

;)I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but I'm using Delphi7 on Windows7 Ultimate just fine (I sometimes get a problem when trying to change the default icon of the project- it complains the compiler is out of memory when I try to compile the app)

If the "run as administrator" thing is whats bugging you, go to click on start, type "user" and click on "user accounts". Then click "change user account control settings" in the middle of the window, and on the new window that pops up- drag the slidebar to the left down to the bottom.

Click OK, accept the warning and restart your PC for the changes to take effect.

but their are some component that could not be used just like n Windows Vista. actually this is part of my question but thank for the info. I'l try it if i can buy new laptop. thanks for being good to this forum..
