Tabbed Editor

Hey everyone,
A long time ago I wrote a program for myself so I could make a website fast.
The only problem I'm currently facing is that I want to work in more then 1 file at a time in one program, instead of having to open 10 new ones each time.

I don't know what to do or how to get the tabbed system running.
