Dockable and Customizable Toolbar

well, I'm trying to have a dockable and customizable Toolbar in my project.
If someone could please help me with this or just let me know if there is :
1)a predefined customize dialog for toolbars in delphi,
or
2)any other component through the internet,
or
3)any other component in delphi with this features
that would be great.
