Just use a timer and use Toolhelp32 function to checks the list of app running... Or you can use FindWindow...

When you find one "bad" windows, just kill the process (TerminateProcess)

I think the problem comes from the packet size... It's a network problem... Your network card sends data 8192 bytes each time.
