Help me with DBGrid, please.

My question is: can I use a gif animated picture (or any other kind of animation) inside the cell of a dbgrid. Actually i need an animated picture to display (let's say showing the message "URGENT" when the value of a Date field matches today's date.
I hope this makes the question clear.
