Examples of good userinterfaces needed

Hi,

Would appreciate very much if somebody could give med a link or a booktitle showing good examples of program userinterface. I mean how to place VCL components on the form, how to use the newer components in a smart and userfriendly style etc.
Looking forward to an answer. Thank you.
