Default Write a phrase in the internet explorer by Delphi

Hello,
I am with a problem, my friend works in support by chat and every day it needs to repeat a phrase some times, then I thought about making a program that made the following:
When press keyboard F1, would go be paste in the Chat a phrase defined in the program.

Like how this:
F1 = “ welcome”
F2 = “ What´s your problem?”
F3 = “Thank you”
….

Somebody could help me?

Probably the similist way would be to write the text to an HTM file that is stored on your server at a secific loaction. On your web sight, make a link to that file and on your computer, make a Delphi program that modifies the file. You could use a simple TMemo on your form and use its SavetoFile method to create the file.
