Just use the freeware CrossKylix (http://crosskylix.untergrund.net) that allow to compile the Kylix-project from Delphi IDE

On the website you gave me it's written that "Kylix 3 installation CD" is required, but I don't have it... :-(

If you don't own Kylix, you shouldn't be developing Kylix applications. This site does not support illegal activity. Please do not ask others to provide what you have not purchased.

This is not for commercial/shareware needs. I just need to extract some information from files compressed using ZLib to show on my web-site (files that I generated), but the server works in Linux, and I need to recompile my program for Linux. The information extracted from the files will be available to everyone, and won't be used for commercial needs. Therefore, I don't see where I break the law here...

(A PHP script will run this program with parameters, and will connect to its stdout).

It sounds like an innocent task, but if you called Borland and asked if this was legal they would say it was not. Just because some programs allow for free for non-commercial use, Kylix is not, as far as I know. I however, do not use Kylix, so I am not totally aware of the license agreement, someone else will have to let me know.
