database application sample or framework

hi.

i have used mostly table components for promraming. for little programs this is not problam. but if you are working on database management systems using query components is important. im enough for using sql stamements joing and other queries. But i need a quide for give me hot points for that.

i have a lot of books but i think a working sample is better than that. I will have a look code and programming techniques and indexes and components for how to's.

Do you know any sample for that or can anybody give some piece code or knowledge for that.
