Forcing a form's titlebar show active?

Is there a way to make a form's caption appear as if the form is active, when actually another form (which is fsStayOnTop) is active?

I think you can set the forms borderstyle property to bsDialog which should appear as you want although the form will be unresizable and lose the minize buttons from the caption bar.

Actually I don't care about resizing, but as you said there's no minimize button and no TMainMenu. Thanks anyway I hope there's another way...
