Default make it a web application

Dear experts
Ive built an HR application three years ago using delphi6 and on SQL Server
2000 database,
And its been running smoothly and everyone happy
But now, my new boss wants a web application using Visual studio .Net and not
client\server one
What can I do? I dont want to learn new language
Is there an easy way to transform it using Delphi or .Net ??
Any ideal will be appreciated
Best Reagrds
Amanda

It's hard to tell...migrating an existing application from one platform to another one is usually a complicated task per se. Adding change of programming language to it, makes it even worse.

It depends on how you wrote your codes and how modular the application is. If it is modular enough, you might be able to keep the back-end modules in Native Delphi and write the front-end using ASP.NET.

If your boss just requires a web application, using IntraWeb would be a less expensive solution especially that you can keep working with Delphi and can also keep most of your code logics and just use IntraWeb for providing a web interface.

Good Luck

Default make it a web applic

There is a parameter for that:

Clipboard.SetDataObjectu, True

The True specifies to leave the data on the clipboard when the application closes
