Default how can i open DB file without DBE?

Dear Programmers

How can i open MDB file witout using the DBE or the ODBC, directly with Table or Quiery

Rem: i want to specify the filename like 'c:\mydb.mdb'

TQuery,TTable... are BDE Datasets.
So, if you want to avoid them I'd like to suggest you to use ADO Datasets.
With ADO Datasets you can directly access to database without using ODBC or BDE.
In case of MDB file (ACCESS file) Delphi was provided Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provider.
Because of ADO is Microsoft technology, you may be install DCOM and MDAC before you use.

you may need to install ADO, but is very fast than work with BDE (that is slow)...
