rs232 and servomotors

Hy all!

Is it possible to control servomotor using a Pc serial port and Delphi?

I've been using CPortLib for serial communication but like many other tools it has only send(write) string command.

Does anyone know a way i can set send pin high (I think it's pin 5) for ~1ms and then low for ~10ms?
