Absolute Database & other databse

I use Msacees database long time and I think it's for children. I ask Absolute Database is good for database work?

I download personal version.

Depends, if you have a single user database this should be ok.
For multi-user environments I have my doubts. First freeware that comes in mind is MSSQL (MySQL), second is Firebird.
In this I would always go for MSSQL (MySQL), but that's personal choice.

I have used Absolute for years and never had a problem. It's easy to work with. Be sure to use their DBManager. If I ever had a problem, they have always responded.

I’m using Absolute Database for long time now, the most stable database I ever used, and handles complex queries just like any known, expensive databases, the best part easy to use, no DLL, no extra files to distribute, they have superb support if you need them.



I’m using this database for very big tables (millions of rows) and I have no issue with it.


Not only I recommend this database, but I encourage you to test it and use it in your application, you can’t get better than this, all above list features are correct and much more.

I am using Absolute Database since 2009. I had never a little problem in my application.

But Now

I am facing a little issue of this kind.

Well

When i create new invoice in client side. Then DB Grid draw items very slowly.

Further more. If only one client connected to server then there is nothing. But if there is more than one client is active then i face slow speed

Good, but consider moving to FireBird. Embeeded, Client / Server, soon on Version 4.

If you are a Licensed user of ABDB, then its okay.
