Default Ms-Word OLE Automation

Hi all
In my Delphi 7 project i have used TWordApplication and TWordDocument in order to create , open ,change and

save word documents. for example for opening an existing document we can use

Code:
      WordDocument1.ConnectTo(WordApplication1.Documents.Add(
                                                            TemplateFile,
                                                             IsNewTemplate,
                                                             EmptyParam,
                                                             EmptyParam
                                                            )
                             );
...Everything is ok but have ever notice when you change a document and when you want to close MS-Word,
you will be warned with :

Do you want to save the changes to Document1?
Yes No Cancel

I want to know how can i localize this message and show my own message instead.?

By the way how can i show my own Form or dialogue when user presses Ctrl+P for printing document?

Some time back i had saw an application with these features but i dont know how to do that?

Thanks in advance.
Regards.
