Default web app for IIS 7

We just upgraded from Windows 2000 Server to Windows Server 2008, and we just set up our Delphi web app on IIS 7. When we configured the server to "allow unspecified cgi modules", the web app loaded in the browser, but then when you try to log in to the application, an error comes up.

We think it has something to do with the database not being set up correctly or allowed in IIS 7; however, we do know that it CAN access the database since if you log in with a bad password it will tell you that, otherwise it will show the error message if the password was right.

The database is a Microsoft Access 2000 file. Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be?

I have also been struggling with such problems about dozens of times
The only problem is propably the IIS security.

Check first,
Can you have the regular IIS page if you type --> Localhost at IE browser?
If yes,
Check if you have IPV6 installed.
And make sure local intranet is also allowed.

If the local intranet is allowed and you have IPV6 --> You must uninstall the IPV6.

Notice also!!
ASP, ASPX and CGI behaves in very different ways when comes the security.
They have different way of security configurations in IIS.

The security is not as same as in Windows2000 server.

Cheers
