[SOLVED] Delphi XML : TXMLDocument load error

any ideas as to why the Delphi 10.2 doesn't like this line from an xml file.





this is the error:
Missing equals sign between attribute and attribute value.
Line: 79

yet from another xml file



works....

IE, Edge and firefox without any issues. just not sure why 10.2 doesn't like that line.
