Default Message Dialogs...

Hi...I've got a small problem with Message dialogs...in D3 when I called a message dialog like this:

MessageDlg('Whatever message...',mtInformation,[mbOk],0)

it displayed a usual dialog box but with the captions that are defined in Windows...so like it displayed the button with text from my language...but in D5 it keeps doing it in english but I have to make it in my language!!! Can anybody help me???

Thx...gLes))

Default RE: Message Dialogs...

Here goes a trick from Borland
http://www.borland.com/devsupport/delphi/downloads/index.html

To translate the Delphi 3.0 VCL messages, you need additional source files. They are stored at Borland's website from where you can download them by clicking on the link at my "Delphi updates and patches" page.

The URL is:
http://www.borland.com/devsupport/delphi/download_files/d3consts.zip

For example, to translate the button captions displayed by the MessageDlg function:

copy consts.pas
translate the SMsgDlg... strings
put consts.pas in the project search path
recompile the project

See the information on ResourceString in the help for more information.
(From the Borland website)
