Default FormStyle : fsStayOnTop

I would like more information about fsStayOnTop.
I have a D5 program that has a main form fsNormal and a detail form fsStayOnTop. In the program, either window can have focus. The program will set focus on the main window or detail window depending on specific record. Now if I open up word, outlook or other application the main form and detail form are covered up.(this is what I want to happen).
But when I changed program into a dll and created another simple program to launch it, the fsStayOnTop form stays on top of display. I want the detail window to be on top of the main form not the entire system.

Default RE: FormStyle : fsStayOnTop

I can't give you further information on fsStayOnTop, but an alternative way:
When your main window is focused, you can use SetWindowPos to set your detail window on top of it:
SetWindowPos(detail.handle, main.handle, 0, 0, 0, 0, SWP_NOSIZE or SWP_NOMOVE);
This should work, the API-Help will give you further information.
