Default RxLibrary installation issues in Delphi 5 Pro

I need the RxLibrary in order to use a third party component but for some reason I can't seem to install(register) the RxLibrary components on the component palette as I keep getting a message telling me that a Library file is missing or cannot be found. Hence, the components won't register. Unfortunately, the known issues offered on the RxLibrary web site are very limited in scope and don't appear to address many Delphi 5 install related issues. Does anyone by chance have any experience installing the RxLibrary in Delphi 5 Pro? If so, your comments or suggestions regarding this subject matter are most appreciated.

It is most likely due to your not having path to the BPL
in the library path in the environment options.
