Default TPopupMenu (Searching for Item)

I have a popup menu that needs to be a little flexable.
I have a fixed item 'Translations' and to it I want the program to get a language dataset(not a problem). But I need to FIND the menuitem with the caption 'Translations' So I can add submenus items for each language. ie
MenuItem1
MenuItem2
MenuItem3
Translations
Language1
Language2
The reason I have to use a find/search is due to the other items are flexible as well. I have written a routine to walk thru the menuitems after loading first part BUT the Caption on the Item I am searching is 'Translations' HOWEVER it stores it as T&ranslations WITH AMPERSAND. No I did not enter it. I even tried setting the autohotkeys to manual and retyped it but it still comes up T&ranslations.
I cann't figure out how to use the TMenu.Find with TPopupMenu.
