Quick Report calling formactivate

How can I get quick report to NOT call formactivate when closing a report? I am developing a database application for my church and the users need to log in with a username and password and after viewing a report, you always have to log in again due to the call to formactivate which is annoying.

Is there a reason for a report ? Would a Memo on the form not do the trick.
