Default Opinion please

TBar is a project similar to Delphi toolbar but with Tedit and TcomboBox added

Its a rather large intensive project with things that can be wrong so its in the testing stage at the moment. But constructive opinions mite improve this as one person thinking of everything has limits. I built it out of need for a software project of mine.
should run on many versions of Delphi, written in Delphi 7, like to know what versions do what.

thanks in advance

It's only dcu with little or none documentation, therefor I haven't tried it.
I thought it was some source to evaluate, not compiled binaries.

Having that said, I doubt this is compatible with XE7 (the version I run currently). Mostly because D7 is a dinosour and doesn't support unicode (D2009 and up). So you'll have to be aware of that during complete development, which is easier when working with unicode version down to make it non-unicode...

And if you want to know "what versions do what" you should provide a test-case (or even better a simple project which we can test out in higher versions with a test-case already present). But just throwing it over the fence with a good luck and do things without knowing what will not trigger a lot of people to reply.

Just my 2 cents...

Their is no Unicode to worry about
its object orientated, it depends on TMenu and TCustomControl
And I do not think that has changed

I'm tidying up button action but I believe TComboBox and TEdit presentation is good with the buttons. its what I have not thought of I must consider.
