Default Mouse Wheel . . .

Hi

Some components like TScrollBox has these events :

MouseWheel
MouseWheelDown
MouseWheelUp

But must components doesnt have these events ,
So how can I detect the moving of the Mouse Wheel in these
kind of components ?

Please help me

functinality to your whole program...
