How to make a server and connecting to it by delphi to access DB ??
Hi...
How can i make server on PC in order to let other computers within the network to connect to it accessing DB on it ? And also how to control DB accessign (i mean as in Oracle in order to prevent changes in DB by more than one client a time).... PLEASE i need HEEEEEEEEEEEELP ..... check out MidWare from Francois Piette it lets you do what you want...

Hi....
Thanks for your replay ..i downloaded that package and i tried it , maybe not in details but i didn't find how to connect to an external DB file (Access DB file .mdb)... !!! check the examples in the Delphi\MidWare folder where you installed the components... the client part would be BioLife and the serverpart is SrvDemo
