Default turnkey program creation

Hi

I have a need to create a "turnkey" program.

I need to have the pc automatically start 4 instances of the same program (different with parameters/settings) these instances need to display their respective windows automatically tiled on the screen - so that only the 4 app windows are shown. The taskbar must be made invisible, the apps themselves preferably not display on the task bar anyway (should it be visible) and the start button disabled. All subsequent control eg stopping the app, pc shutdown, start button enable etc, needs to be instigated via the application.

It would be good to be able to trap the "windows" key on the keyboard and use this via the app to control the usual "window" key actions.

I have not yet search the net for such info, but will do so now. Has anybody done any/all of the above and could offer advice or guidance or pitfalls :-). Any advice would be very welcome.

My initial thought would be to have one "main" app run on pc powerup and have this main app control the instantiation of the other 4 "turnkey" apps. This way I could monitor/control the "system" via the main app - any thoughts or suggestions out there?

Thanks for reading...

kind regards

Peter
