Abakus VCL is a professional set of
Borland/Inprise Delphi/C++Builder
components for virtual instrumentation.

The actual version V1.50 includes "flicker free"

Compass
Meters
Bars (Gauge)
Digital indicators (time, value)
Tank displays
Operating Point display
a 2 Channel Trend display
Dial (knob)
Sliders
and a Timer component to supply all our components with a common clock.

The library supports all Delphi and C++Builder versions (D1..4, CB1,3+4)!
