LMD-Tools 7.10 for Win32 and VCL.NET


Version 7.10 of LMD-Tools is available now. The public LMD download area was updated with trials for Delphi/CBuilder 5 and higher (Win32 and VCL.NET packages).

What's new in LMD-Tools 7.10?
=======================
LMD-Tools Core
+ Complete infrastructure (classes and interfaces) for new validator and errorprovider controls was added (16 controls). These new classes allow centralized validation of user input with extended notification methods for input errors.
+ 2 additional new controls added (TLMDRegExpr and TLMDExpressionEval), which allow handling of regular expressions (Perl Syntax) or mathematic formulars (which may contain custom variables)

SubPackages (for CE users)
DesignPack and ScriptPack are now available in version 3.0. Both were redesigned and work now smoothly together especially in respect to event and advanced streaming support. Besides that features like design module support or additional complex property editors were added.

LMD-Tools 7.X is a collection of up to 394 native VCL components that can be compiled into your application royalty free, and without the need of additional files for distribution. Buttons, Dialogs, Multimedia, System, Data-aware, Container, Standard, Label, and Extended controls will allow the developer to produce professional applications, quicker and easier than ever before.

If you are looking for enhanced functionality of existing components in the VCL, or just want to add that personal touch to your application, LMD Tools has a solution to fit you. And it ships with a vast array of sample projects and demos for all of the components found in the package.

LMD-Tools 7.X supports Delphi 5-8, 2005, CBuilder 5 and 6 and BDS 2006 (C++/Delphi). VCL.NET compatible packages are available.
Besides that each LMD-Tools license covers LMD-Tools 3.5/5.X license as well (supporting all previous Delphi and CBuilder versions).

LMD BarPack provides components which help you to enhance your projects with advanced bar controls (ExplorerBar and SectionBar).

LMD DesignPack controls enhance your projects with advanced designing features - e.g. by adding an object inspector, extended form designer or diagrams.

LMD FxPack was designed to help you adding exciting splash screens or form transitions to your applications - select from over 70 families of animation and transition effects which again provide hundreds of different variations.

LMD RichPack contains several controls (based on MS RichEdit DLL) allowing integration of text editor functionality into your application.

LMD ScriptPack enables Delphi/CBuilder applications to support active scripting languages installed in Windows Scripting Host (such as VB Script, Java Script, Perl, Python, Lua, Tcl, Rexx etc).

LMD SearchPack supports you integrating advanced search features (e.g. for HTML files including support for wildcards and AND, OR, NEAR and NOT operators.

LMD ShellPack contains controls which help creating Windows Explorer like projects and solving shell/system related tasks.

LMD SysPack controls are used for retrieving extensive system information.

LMD StoragePack controls are used to save/restore configuration data. Possible target formats are the Registry or Ini-, XML- and binary files.

LMD WebPack helps you to integrate advanced webbased features like updates via internet, display of news items, scanning of web sites or HTML pages.
