RichViewActions 1.37 - components for building word processor UI

New version of RichViewActions is released.

RichViewActions is a free addon for TRichView components allowing to build user interface for word processor.

RichViewActions include components, actions, and predefined dialogs.

New version includes:
* live spelling support
* ruler
* management of tab stops
* new MS Word-like table insertion gadget
* new localizations.
