TORONTO, Ontario, CANADA - November 5, 2001 - Unlimited Intelligence Limited
has announced today that it has acquired the SIMPL product line from
Customizable Components. This set of components allows developers to quickly
develop powerful Personal Information Management solutions.

said Tim Sullivan, President of Unlimited Intelligence Limited. "We're very
excited to add it to our product line, as it fits very well with our UIL
Framework concepts."

I'm confident that Tim will do justice to these components." Mike also joins
UIL as a part-time staff member as part of the agreement. He will be
involved in product direction and support.

SIMPL comes with complete source code, and is immediately available for
Delphi 3, 4, 5, and 6. The cost of the product is $279. UIL plans to release
an update, version 2.0, which will include Week and Month view components,
as well as hooks into the other Framework products, including the UIL Plugin
Framework and the UIL Security System. This update will be free to people
who purchase from UIL starting November 5th, 2001. Registered users can
upgrade to the 2.0 release for $129.
